Shades This section shows samples of our hand-decorated paper and fabric shades. The hand-decorated shades start with plain white paper shades and are then hand brushed with as many as 10 coats of paint and sealer. Also, we can gild the entire outer surface or add a gilded band, border or stripe to a painted finish. Our selection of fabric shades is limited to what is shown in this catalog unless the order is at least 24 pieces. All shades can be ordered as “shade only” orders to be used on customers’ own lighting.
